The law firm of William Marsh Acker, III is a 100% civil litigation law firm that practices in state and federal trial courts, and courts of appeal. I graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1986, and have over twenty years experience practicing law. I come from a family that is proudly steeped in the tradition of representing the citizens of Alabama.
